TMS™ 7.0    (Time Management System)

The Time Management Software program is an integrated menu-driven package that provides the essential tools for Personnel Management, cost effective payroll data collection, processing and report generation. Upon operator command at the keyboard, the Clock terminal is polled by TMS software and the accumulated information is uploaded and stored in a data file for processing.

 

The program has facilities to define employees by work shifts, departments, categories, cost centers or on skill level. Employee leave configurations and overtime rates can be pre-programmed with Company, Mercantile, public holidays, special holidays and day-off schedules.

 

Instant reporting facilities are available on manpower availability, tardiness, overtime and flexibility is provided through user defined reports for creating signature list etc..
